Sorry for the delay in responding I have been with very intensive travel and now back I see an incredible number of exchanges regarding this Maha Yoga action that, by the way you alerted us about.
I am still going through the emails but I do not think I will engage in discussions back and forth. I am not the head of the legal team at NIPC, although I help as you had seen whenever possible to protect Shri Mataji's IP in the net. We had a meeting and a response was provided the the Maha Yoga group. I did not know who was behind this Maha Yoga, so this does not have anything to do with the conversation in America between Sahaja Meditation and this group. It seems very inapropriate to expand a Maha Yoga brand using Sahaja Yoga knowledge. Shri Mataji created Sahaja Yoga, which is complete in itself.
Anyway I forward you the message sent this week to the Maha Yoga team for your information.

As you are aware action has been taken concerning the violation of Shri Mataji's Intellectual Property rights which has resulted in the removal of Shri Mataji's talks from the Maha Yoga youtube channel. This has nothing to do with the Sahaja Meditation and Sahaja Yoga debate in America. It is an Australian Sahaja Yogi that brought this matter to our attention. We will also assist you in putting your youtube channel back online but without the library of Shri Mataji's talks.
Before we comment further, it is important to affirm the inalienable right of every Sahaja Yogi to spread and practice Sahaja Yoga freely. It is impossible to do this without having access to the full and authentic knowledge of Shri Mataji, just as She shared it with us. For this reason all of Shri Mataji's talks and videos are available to everyone in the world at every hour of every day on NirmalaVidya.org and on Amruta.org. In addition, Shri Mataji's talks and videos are in the possession of Sahaja Yogis all over the world and this is the way it should be.
This does not mean however that anything can be posted anywhere by anyone at any time.
Action has been taken concerning the videos of Shri Mataji posted on the Maha Yoga channel for the following reasons:

- the Maha Yoga channel put its "brand" of Maha Yoga on all of the videos of Shri Mataj. This is inappropriate. These videos do not belong to Maha Yoga channel or association and nor should videos or audios of Shri Mataji be associated with any type of "brand".
- hundreds of videos of Shri Mataji were uploaded in their entirety to the Maha Yoga channel. This poses legal issues and practical issues as potentially hundreds of youtube channels could each post "their own" hundreds of talks of Shri Mataji. A link to a video of Shri Mataji can be created by anyone which leads to the above mentioned internet sites using the same youtube channel and on which all of Shri Mataji's talks are uploaded;
Lastly, we strongly urge you to engage again with the larger collectivity in the America. Shri Mataji spread Sahaja Yoga not Maha Yoga. If you want to avoid using Sahaja Yoga or Sahaja Meditation in order to approach Corporations or government bodies please be aware that Shri Mataji authorised Sahaja Yogis to give realisation through the Center for Evolutionary Learning (CEL).
We do express our reservations about the use of Maha Yoga to spread what is in fact, Sahaja Yoga, but this is more a matter for you to sort out with the collectivity in America. Please give us the name of a Sahaja Yogi we can work with to get your youtube channel running again.
We await the name of this Sahaja Yogi and in the meantime will not be engaging in a back and forth by email.

NIRMAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CORPORATION,(NIPC) has made A COPY-RIGHT STRIKE on Shri Mataji's talks on Maha Yoga Youtube channel. The Maha Yoga Channel was launched four years ago, and has nearly 5000 subscribers from all over the World. There are many American new yogis from, Washington DC, VA, MD and other states joining Sahaja Yoga YouTube live classes every week.
Not even a warning was issued before they took this drastic action. It is a step taken towards expediting shut down of the Maha Yoga YouTube channel.
Please check the content of the channel here https://www.youtube.com/mahayoga . Similar contents are posted in thousands of Youtube channels in USA and all over the World. Some of those channels have advertisements and make money on Shri Mataji's talks. There is no monetization on the Maha Yoga channel. We have always been transparent in serving Shri Mataji's mission and message.
It is evident in many talks and in 2008 Guru Puja talk that, we all Sahaja Yogis have been given full freedom by Shri Mataji to carry Shri Mataji’s work. We do not understand why after such a long time that NIPC knows of our operations, without warning or discussion suddenly the Maha Yoga Channel is being singled out.
The Channel is purely for Shri Mataji's divine work, the channel is linked to www.TheMahaYoga.org, which we use for Corporate and Federal Public Programs. According to the 2008 Guru Puja talks, Shri Mataji gave full freedom to spread Shri Mataji's work, by using the Photograph and by not taking any money. We do not take money. We use our own money for all Public programs and events. We purely bring only Shri Mataji's message to the attention of the seekers. And we are relatively successful in gaining recognition and participants. Then why we are being controlled? Is it because we are not following a ' Sahaja Meditation ' approach in USA?
