Dear Sahaja Yogis

A terrible disease called dengue has been spreading very fast in Delhi. There is a very easy treatment for it.

Tulsi/ Holy Basil Kadha :

Take 25 Tulsi/Basil leaves and boil them with one cup water. While boiling the water, put 5-6 black peppercorns (without crushing) & one small piece of ginger(crushed). Boil till water becomes half cup. After this put honey.

This Kadha should be consumed 2-3 times a day. So prepare with 3 cups of water.

Take ajwain dhuni in night before sleeping for 15-20 minutes. Cover your head with muffler while sleeping.

As navaratris are going on, havan can be performed. Put ajwain in havan as well.

Ubalate hue usme 4-5 Kali mirch sabut dale aur chota adrak ka tukada kaddukas(grated) karke dale. Pani jab aadha ho jae to use shahed dalkar piye.

Din me 2-3 bar garam karake pina pade to usake liye, 3 cup pani me aushadhi tayyar kar le.

Rat me sote samay kum se kum 15 se 20 minute tak ajwain ki dhuni le aur sir pe muflor bandh ke soye.

Aajkal navratron me havan kare aur usame ajwain bhi istemal kare.
